Topic 4: Summary 

We can gather an awful lot of information and insight that can inform, guide, guide motivate and inspire a person’s career journey. In summary, meandering is:  

• Exploring inside (building self-awareness) 

• Exploring outside (broadening horizons of the kind of learning and or work that could be possible) 

• Being open to and taking advantage of serendipity 

• A brilliant and strategic thing to do in today’s labour market.
