Module 3: Meaning 

Introduction (Video true color) 

What are your true colours, and how do they get expressed in the work that you do?  This question frames the importance of the third M in the 4 M model, meaning.  Discovering what is personally meaningful to us supports our career development.  It helps us find our career fit(s) and ensures that our choices and actions throughout our careers are guided by what is really important to us.

• Be able to explain the importance of meaning to the career development process.  

• Understand and use the career life project activity to help students and clients find their meaning. 

•  Define your purpose with respect to work.
