The Leadership Hub Self-Assessment Tool allows you to rate your mastery of the competencies outlined in the Hub’s Manager/Leader Competency Framework. This reflective instrument enables you to identify your current comfort level and interest in using the competencies in your day-to-day work, then consider areas for development and learning priorities.
Consider each competency from two perspectives:
Your Interest Level, with 5 being very interested in using the competency in your day-to-day work and 0 being not at all interested in using the competency.
Your Comfort Level, with 5 being very comfortable using that competency in your day-to-day work and 0 being not at all comfortable

Once complete, use the development plan to reflect on your responses, considering where your interests and comfort levels align or diverge. Misalignments may indicate areas where professional development could be beneficial. From there, identify priorities, focussing on competencies that combine both interest and comfort, or areas where you wish to build capacity.
