L’outil d’autoévaluation du Centre de leadership

L’outil d’autoévaluation du Centre de leadership vous permet d’évaluer votre maîtrise des compétences présentées dans le Cadre de compétences des gestionnaires. Cet outil de réflexion vous aide à identifier votre niveau d’aisance actuel et votre intérêt à utiliser ces compétences dans votre travail quotidien, puis à cibler vos priorités de développement et d’apprentissage.

Évaluez chaque compétence sous deux angles :

  • Votre niveau d’intérêt : 5 = très intéressé⸱e à utiliser la compétence, 0 = pas du tout intéressé⸱e.
  • Votre niveau d’aisance : 5 = très à l’aise avec la compétence, 0 = pas du tout à l’aise.

Note : Vos réponses seront enregistrées seulement si vous avez créé un compte.

Une fois terminé, utilisez le plan de développement pour réfléchir à vos réponses et voir où vos intérêts et votre niveau d’aisance s’alignent ou divergent. Les écarts peuvent indiquer des besoins de formation. Ensuite, déterminez vos priorités en mettant l’accent sur les compétences qui combinent intérêt et aisance, ou encore celles pour lesquelles vous souhaitez renforcer vos capacités.
