Pourtant un nombre restreint de professionnel.le.s du DDC sont réellement formé.e.s pour aborder ces mandats. Au terme de cette formation\, vous aurez une vision d’ensemble des mandats octroyés par la CNESST aux professionnels du DDC (c.o./c.e.) et des enjeux/problématiques rencontrés avec la clientèle accidentée. De plus\, vous aurez coconstruit des trucs et astuces afin de développer un argumentaire solide (ex. : lors de la rédaction du rapport) et proposer des solutions de retour au travail adéquates\, en plus de repartir avec une banque d’outils concrets. \nModule 1 : Initiation aux concepts et aux enjeux des mandats d’orientation professionnelle et de recherche d’emploi en réadaptation au travail \nModule 2 :  Regard sur les démarches administratives et d’intervention pour les fournisseurs du DDC en contexte de mandats CNESST.  \nInformation importante à considérer : \nCette formation est destinée à des personnes qui n’ont pas ou qui ont peu d’expérience professionnelle auprès des personnes travailleuses de la CNESST.
